”The Integrated Rail Plan (IRP) outlines £96.4bn of required investment into the railway in the Midlands and the North, over the next 30 years including the Northern Powerhouse Rail (NPR) core network from Liverpool to York, via Warrington, Manchester, and Leeds.
Since 2018, the RJP team has been providing strategic guidance to Network Rail on land, environment, consents and stakeholder management. Their team has also been supporting the development of processes for, and delivery of, options development and selection.”
