Ruth Jackson founded RJP town planners in 2011, believing that planning should be flexible, responsive, and dynamic.

RJP has since grown into a team of highly experienced town planners who are here to support you, no matter what stage of the planning process you’re at. Wherever you are in the UK, and whether you’re looking at change of use for a single building or working on a large complex infrastructure application, our team is here to help.

In 2026, Ruth and the team joined Iceni Projects giving our clients access to one of the UK’s best dedicated town planning consultancies (2025 winners of the Planning Consultancy of the Year award) with offices in Manchester, London, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Birmingham.
