Develop a scope of work for a Feasibility Study looking into the potential to establish a Strategic Regeneration Framework for a major railway station in Manchester City Centre. Progress this scoping in partnership with the client and the partners, including the local planning authority before facilitating appointment of suitable consultants.
RJP worked to formalise arrangements to enable supply chain mobilisation for the Feasibility Study. Our role involved extensive engagement with Network Rail's key stakeholders, in a complex political environment. We helped the client team to clarify the study parameters and requirements and facilitated the appointment of a large masterplanning advisory team.
