Advice on need for planning approvals and approach to delivering a large number of applications across the Merseyrail Network.
RJP advised on potential to use permitted development rights, the need for planning and heritage approvals and the strategy for submitting multiple applications efficiently and effectively. We dealt with pre-application consultations with local residents, politicians and council officers before submission of applications for some forty interventions.
