Redevelopment of a Victorian property on Thomas Street to create an apart hotel. The client's aim was to maximise the commercial value of the site whilst preserve the Victorian-era frontage and roofscape of the building.

RJP led the preparation and submission of a planning application to Manchester City Council, including managing pre-application consulatation with the case and heritage officers.
